Live report from Seoul, Korea.
about 3 weeks ago, just after the painstaking midterm period,
college kidz invited me as for an one nite guest preacher
(I prefered to be the 'guest hang out dude' just for the sake of 'vibing well wit em fellaz')
for their hiphop Dong-ahri(college social club), called, 'Show Down,'
and of course, you know me, I said, "nodoubt, let's do thisss."

Rolled out with my Floorgangz home boys(Tino, Mars, 2Touch) and
my main man Chanyc came through to show his proper love and support to his one and only Hyung(older brotha in Korean) during his busiest time.
Quick shoutout to my boy Chanyc,
I n I Universe, u know it baby.

Well, story short, meeting minds itself is always a mind blowing experience.
Crazy stories filled up the room, and created couple mind kicking cyphers, delegatin my homeboys to lead circles, and from there we went off to dive into our communal zone of universes.

After the great time, heading back home with Chanyc, spitted couple new verse that I finished recently, had strong concetrated catch up time, and hit up to the train station. Green Line, Number two that is, Han-yang Univ. Station, to be specific, we were both astonishly exposed to our national flags string hanged between pillars, merely in the middle way to the ticket booth, and surprisingly enough, without no protection.

Worn out, tore out, ripped cloth of the national flag covered
with all types of handwritings from all different backgrounds
who shared the battlefield
for their own dignity, integrity, overall, for life.

First, 'Wow,' my reaction.
Second, 'hm.'
Third. 'Um.'
now that I look back,
brotherhood to manhood, unity to patriotism..
the flag gave me the scent of 'do or die.'
Every signle stroke had its own statement, word up.
what a random encounterment,
especially at a random place in seoul,
ironically, every pieces fitted.

Journey to the root,
always makes me feel like finding the way back home.
real as Jaylib's 'Survival Test.'

DJ Diss

EuroBattle 2010, Porto, Portugal
How to diss a DJ more, then to take away one of his turntables, while he's actually playing his set. It happened to DJ Hooch (UK BBoy Champs) at EuroBattle in Portugal. Whuahahaha looking at this pic still makes me laugh.

Today I am in Londen for a meeting with Hooch & Rob of UK Champs and Pro Create. Later today we will visit the cast and crew of Blaze: a street dance theatre show: which will will tour europe this spring and summer. Alongside some of europe's best dancers, BBoys Machine, Neguin and Mouse will be performing some crazy BBoy routines.

Now that's an office with enough room for in between work throw down sessions.

Armory Billboard?

Is it a Armory Billboard?
Not quite. A dutch High School put this billboard up in order to show their coolness.

From the SF connection

Well let's put this in retrospect. Ten years and providence is here. It all started with a big Battle in Rotterdam in 99. Everyone would catipault their ambitions and passions and find a way to succeed through that love. We reconnected during the IBE and Dutch Bboy Champs and now we have the birth of "Les Fresh". Why now? Why Didn't we from the get go? This how I would view it. We all have ventured on different paths but all for the love of HipHop and Dance. We're here to start something different. Start off small and keep pushing it to the outer limits. We feel a Blog shall be the stepping stone for this project. From here Momentum will build. Reason I say providence is that we all come from different backgrounds yet we are connected in so many ways. We want to give you the perspectives of our lifestyle. Our beautiful struggle, our Travels, our goals, everything we experience through what we love doing. Yall ready to follow this? As Mighty4 and Master Culture would put it..and I'll be putting it! It's time to Dream-Mobilize-Execute!
